At Gomeru Apps we have created a solution that connects three Opticalia franchisees with their customers through a mobile app. From the app, each customer can view and edit their profile, check personal and general promotions, review their points wallet, request appointments (eye exams, contact lens check-ups, hearing aid reviews and contact lens replacements), access the optical store information and resolve questions in a help section.
Main features
Digital Club Opticalia Card
The app includes the digital identification card of the Club Opticalia with a barcode for in-store scanning. From this screen, the customer can check their Optipoints, their transferable Optipoints, transfer points, view usage and expirations, and learn how to subscribe to the Club Opticalia Premium Card.
Analytics and metrics module
To support data-driven decisions, the dashboard offers an analytics module that shows how users interact with the app. It displays metrics such as promotion impressions and views, distribution by gender and age ranges, usage by services, peak activity hours, and key events (appointment requests, password recoveries, last login). With this information, optical stores can fine-tune campaigns, adjust promotions and reinforce their moments of greatest impact.
Reminders and automated messages
The system sends email reminders when points or promotions are about to expire, as well as alerts about the last days to take advantage of promotions. These messages maintain proactive communication that improves recurrence and customer loyalty.
